Yesterday I had one of many talks with the two ladies that I supervise. Before the meeting I repeated the affirmation: They, as I, are capable, creative and complete. I talked to the universe about my role and realized that the best I could do is to be in a space of openess, without pushing for change. One of the ladies defended her position with "tooth and nail", the other was open to new ideas. What mattered to me is that I was able to not react to the positive or the negative.
