Perfection

Yesterday my husband asked if I write a blog entry every day.  He loosely follows by activities, is very supportive and wants only my happiness.  I told him I thought I was going to blog daily but I am settling into a rhythm where I blog only when I am inspired to say something. I don’t force it.  He said, “thank God you are not into perfection, it is hard to live with a perfectionist”.  It made me think of the many human beings who “have to do it because that is how they said they would do it, it is how it has been done for ages and it is how it should be done”.  Sound like someone you know?

Habits can be our friends or they can work against us.  Identify a habit that supports your life and work and one that does the opposite.  Have you been thinking of making changes?

As in any situation, there are several ways to look at it. On one hand we have the inspiration factor, on the other, the commitment to the followers of your blog, and the continuity of your blogging presence.

Writing is an art, and a discipline. In reading the lierature regarding the different approaches to writing we find adherants to both.
