Becoming aware

Writing in this blog is like giving myself counsel. Once I have something down on paper and re-read it, I realize there is yet something deeper to say, that I have not gone the distance. So I make changes, or, I erase and start over, depending on how conscious or unconscious I was when I wrote the entry.

This process reminds me that consciousness, our own inner voice, is our best teacher. Have you ever tried to write your mission statement? Try it, you will then understand what I am talking about. Mission statements that reflect our truth help us sort through our thoughts and give direction to our energy.

My mission statement follows — (Disclaimer: I reserve the right to change this at any time:) – “I will bring all the know-how I have accumulated, work-wise, psychologically and spiritually, to assist those who come into my space however I am called to do so, work or personal. I will bring presence, love, unconditional acceptance and regard, and deep respect for the wisdom of each person’s soul knowledge”.
