Your entry made me smile since I left my phone in the car and my mind went through the same process. Ahhh, being human, what a fun trip!

Ah the mind! a friend or a foe. Again and again I bring my mind back to the here and now; I notice how it can spin stories for "yards of yarn".....all for what? My best moment is now; just got locked out of my office (by forgetting my keys inside), my mind started its spill of self-criticism, then I stopped it on tracks, my mind can lose perspective.
Thank you for the reminder, this moment is my gift.

Simply knowing the gifts of humility is a blessings, let alone exercising it consciously. May you experience many victories.

I like that, to exercise my awareness in the present moment.I notice that at my present job, more often than not, I give myself time to think before answering.I feel less compelled to make a point, unless it is called for. Humility is teaching me a lot, it is giving me a "bigger picture" sense.

Inspiration is not always present for me. In my actions I do my best to, more times than not, ask myself if my action will be for the benefit of everyone involved, not only myself.

I also dedicate each day to life in its best form. At work I think about the well being of my coworkers and find small ways to be present for them where they are.

Thank you for clearing the mental space of your readers.

"just right" for me means a continual improvement mentally, physically and most importantly, spiritually. I do find all three facets to be a never-ending moving target; right when I think I got the bulls-eye dead center it moves, almost purposely taunting me to focus my aim a little clearer, steadier, while releasing all doubt and strain.

As I get older I feel the wisdom surrounding the periphery of my being, ever glistening with the thought of: “you are more than you think.” – timeless, resonating invisible particles of endless, un-ceaselessness seems to follow my every step.
